What to Bring
Texas asks for one of these photo IDs at the polls:
- Texas driver license, Texas ID card, or Texas Election Identification Certificate
- Texas license to carry a handgun
- U.S. passport (book or card)
- U.S. military ID or citizenship certificate with photo
ID expired or lost? You can still vote using a Reasonable Impediment Declaration with a supporting document (utility bill, bank statement, paycheck) — ask a poll worker.
